Welcome to Seven4 Marketing! These Terms and Conditions govern both the use of our website (seven4marketing.com) and the provision of marketing services by Seven4 Marketing LLC. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or engage our services.
1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Use our content or branding without permission.
Send spam, harmful, or abusive messages through our contact form.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by Seven4 Marketing LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission. Upon receipt of full payment for services rendered, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their business, such as logos, graphics, and written content. Seven4 Marketing LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
4. Limitation of Liability
Seven4 Marketing LLC is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of this website or from marketing services provided. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and audience behavior. We do not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads, followers, or sales. Your use of our website and services is at your own risk.

6. Services and Scope of Work
Seven4 Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services to clients on a retainer or project basis. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and project details for your engagement are outlined in the proposal provided by Seven4 Marketing LLC prior to payment. By completing payment you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to both these terms and conditions and the proposal associated with your project. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a proposal, the proposal shall take precedence for project specific matters.
7. Electronic Agreement
By approving a proposal via email reply, completing payment through our payment portal, or checking the agreement box at checkout, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the associated proposal. Electronic acceptance in any of these forms is considered equivalent to a written signature and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Seven4 Marketing LLC.
8. Proposal Validity
All proposals issued by Seven4 Marketing LLC are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Seven4 Marketing LLC reserves the right to revise pricing, scope, or availability after the proposal expiration date. A new proposal will be issued upon request if the original has expired.
9. Scope Changes and Additional Work
Any work requested beyond the scope outlined in the approved proposal will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work begins. Seven4 Marketing LLC will not perform out-of-scope work without prior written approval from the client. Additional services may be subject to separate pricing and will be communicated transparently before any additional charges are incurred.
10. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued 14 days before the due date are due by the 1st of each month. To ensure timely processing, clients paying via ACH bank transfer are encouraged to initiate payment by the 28th of the month to allow for standard bank processing time. Payment for services is due upon the invoice due date unless otherwise stated in a proposal. By completing payment through our payment portal, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfer and credit or debit card. A processing fee of 3% will be applied to all credit and debit card payments to cover payment processing costs. ACH bank transfer is available at no additional fee and is our preferred payment method.
11. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 10 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or suspension of services, at the discretion of Seven4 Marketing LLC. Seven4 Marketing LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue active work until outstanding balances are resolved.
12. Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel services must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to team@seven4marketing.com. Payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has commenced for that period. Seven4 Marketing LLC reserves the right to cancel services with written notice if payment is not received within 10 days of the invoice due date.
13. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us directly at team@seven4marketing.com and we will work with you to address them.
14. Confidentiality
Seven4 Marketing LLC agrees to keep all client business information, strategies, and data confidential and will not share or disclose this information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
15. Client Responsibilities and Response Times
Seven4 Marketing LLC will make reasonable efforts to respond to client communications within two business days. The client is responsible for providing timely approvals, feedback, content, and access to assets necessary for the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client's failure to respond or provide required materials in a timely manner are not the responsibility of Seven4 Marketing LLC and may impact agreed upon deliverable timelines.
16. Account Access and Offboarding
During the course of the engagement, the client may grant Seven4 Marketing LLC access to social media accounts, advertising platforms, website dashboards, or other digital assets. Upon termination of services, Seven4 Marketing LLC will return or remove access to all client accounts, platforms, and assets within five business days of the final service date. The client is responsible for revoking any remaining access permissions granted to Seven4 Marketing LLC after offboarding is complete.
17. Force Majeure
Seven4 Marketing LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to social media or advertising platform outages, algorithm or policy changes by third-party platforms, acts of God, natural disasters, internet service disruptions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, Seven4 Marketing LLC will communicate the situation promptly and resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Seven4 Marketing LLC shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
